Bruce Vilanch is an Emmy Award-winning Writer and former Hollywood Square who also starred on Broadway (Hairspray), but he is best remembered as the guy who lived above Tender Greens and waved at everything that went down Santa Monica Boulevard, even when there wasn't a parade.  Although he has relocated from WeHo to Ho, he has a special place in his heart for the City he helped birth way back when.  Also, like a lot of other folks in LA, when he steps out the door, his next step is generally to West Hollywood.
